A current written warranty statement is supplied with each product. A copy of the current written warranty statement is also available from Bridge Medical upon request. BRIDGE MEDICAL’S WRITTEN WARRANTY STATEMENT IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If the condition of the product is such as might or would (subject to these conditions) entitle Buyer to claim damages, to repudiate the Purchase Order, or to reject the product, Buyer shall first make written request of Bridge Medical to fulfill any applicable warranty obligations. To the extent of a valid warranty obligation as determined by Bridge Medical, Bridge Medical shall then be entitled to take corrective actions within a reasonable time in the manner it deems appropriate. If Bridge Medical does so repair the product or supply a satisfactory substitute product or effect repayment or rectification, then Bridge Medical shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage of whatever nature arising from the initial delivery of the defective product or the performance of its warranty obligations. Buyer shall not extend to any end-user warranty terms, which are different than Bridge Medical’s standard warranty terms.
Due to hygienic concerns, no bathroom product returns, other than for defective reasons, will be accepted once removed from packaging. If product is unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase, customer must call Bridge Medical for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No merchandise may be returned unless a Bridge Medical employee furnishes an RA number, no exceptions. Upon receipt and inspection of returned product, it will be at Bridge Medical’s sole discretion whether a credit will be issued to customer. Product returns received by Bridge Medical in any form without prior approval will not be credited. Collect shipments and/or unauthorized returns will become the property of Bridge Medical and will not be credited. Authorized returns must be shipped back to Bridge Medical in original Packaging including all parts, accessories, and product instructions. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
